Our suggestion:

Apple smoothie with wild herbs:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful of wild herbs (in our library you will find a wild herb guide) 
  • 200 ml water

Chop up all the ingredients, add them to the blender and mix. If the smoothie is too liquid, add another apple, if the mixed drink is too thick, add some more water.

Put in a nice glass and decorate with a meadow flower if you like.

A smoothie can truly replace a meal. Every plant has its effect on our body; for more information about the features, read the instructive book in our library in the lounge. If you do not like mixed drinks, you can also use the herbs in many other ways.
